As a current ent employee and Cna I am here to say, you won’t find another place that treats you like family.. that cares if your doing well, if your facility is treating you well. Checks in and gives credit when it’s due.. they don’t ignore calls or text, even when it’s 1 am (I know from experience) I had given up hope that as a cna I’d ever be treated with respect and value, that I would be reminded I am as asset to a company.. I can say with certainty this is that mythical place we are all looking for..
